        ikr? with this and the fact that krillin looks the same as he was at the beginning makes me think he is recycling things instead of making new ones I wouldnt be surprised if goten and trunks still look the same

          Since Goten and Trunks are still saiyans, it’s likely and fine if they do, albeit more muscular(if they’ve training) and taller.

    Not interested about the new form anymore since we’ve already seen, but I am still extremely curious about Jaco. I wonder why he’s being put in the movie, it’s just something I personally wasn’t really expecting.

    I’m really looking forward to this movie. Maybe there is a small chance we get this new form as DLC in Xenoverse? Would be sick, but I doubt it. Although it just looks like a new skin, maybe he shows some new cool moves that he can use in Xenoverse! DLC or not, looking forward to the movie!

        I aways saw Frieza as an amphibian, like a salamander since his skin appears smooth not scaly like a reptile but I guess to each is their own. I always saw cell as being a lizard or some weird reptile/insect hybrid.

          Yeah I can see where you get that idea from, I just always found Frieza as a lizard.

          Agreed, I always saw Frieza’s race, (if they even have any official name in DB lore), as amphibians but amphibians and reptiles are closely related to one another as reptiles originated from amphibians just as amphibians did from fish.

          As for Cell I’d say he starts off as a cross between a reptile, an arthropod and a mammal. The mammal trait dominating as he evolves because he looks more “human” in his later stages.

      I can see someone’s gonna enjoy this…still wish Cell was getting revived. I feel it’d make more sense, could give both Vegeta and Gohan time to shine(since Goku would probably leave it to them anyway) and he already has Freeza’s DNA(or cells, or both) and him training and catching up is far more plausible than Freeza IMO. Though I still watch, just to see if we get SSJ God Vegeta.

            I see your point but you also have to consider that all the cells Cell posses are from “when” he acquired them and fighters keep evolving as time passes so his Frieza cells, for example, can be outdated as time passes just as everything else does but to be fair no one said Cell couldn’t acquire updated cells either, he’s a product of technology and technology updates over time just as organisms evolve.

    The biggest problem with this movie IMO isn’t Frieza’s new form (which indeed looks very crappy), but how his soldiers can suddenly take on fighters like Piccolo or Gohan. That’s ridiculous. I get that 4 months of training is enough for Frieza, because he’s a genius. But them? Really? When they arrived on Namek their power level was low even in comparison with Krillin and Gohan’s…

      Not all of his soldiers are weak. Chances are the stronger ones come back after he’s revived and they have something to fear.

        1. Ginyu Force has been stated to be the greatest of Frieza’s soldiers.

        2. Even if there was some1 stronger than them, it wouldn’t make much sense if they were stronger than Frieza. And even if they got powered up during the time when Frieza was dead, they still shouldn’t stand a chance against warriors like Piccolo, who were training very hard during this time and got power boosts (a.k.a fusion with Kami). Piccolo at this point should be at least as strong as Cell Saga’s SSJ.

          1. Who knows, there may be new soldiers.
          2. More, stronger soldiers would possibly be coerced out of hiding. We’ve seen Frieza smack down Goku, whose power in base surpasses his own power in SSJ3 pre-BoG. Plus, maybe his own soldiers train as well.

          • You are an idiot in all senses of the word. You really need to see things as they are and not out of AT’s @$$. The guy already admitted to forgetting key facts so Frieza soilder > Piccolo is a big NO-NO for those who want to put this movie as part of the continuity.

              We don’t know how stronger the new waves of soldiers are, or even if they’ve been training as well. You can’t rule out that more soldiers would be inspired to train if their leader did. It’s heavily implied Zarbon, Dodoria, Cui, etc. never trained, and thus their skills stayed where they were.

              Gotta say, I got a laugh out of you calling me an idiot. A refreshing taste of irony.

            Agreed, everyone can get stronger and minions of Frieza are no exception. I for one think it’s very possible that during the period Frieza spends to get his power up to date, a number of his soldiers are also tasked to do same and why wouldn’t they? Even Frieza would know he could always use stronger allies to achieve his own ends.

    I hope frieza wins in the end allowing the charecters to be forced to mature and work together in order to survive Frieza’s onslaught, and see pan/bulla go super sayan, seriously which dbz fans don’t want to see a female super sayan???
