    I remember when this happened in the Manga and I said to myself “This is going to be a good Boss Battle when the games get to it” That was back in 2013, if you ask me they took way to long.

        No, this scene was definitely in 2013.
        I remember that 2014 began with Madara. I also remember that Obito turning into the Ten Tails Jinchuriki took place around summer 2013.
        ( People don’t understand that I am talking about the Manga. -__- )

          No rofl. Episode 378 titled “The Ten Tails’ Jinchuriki” aired on the 18th of September 2014. The last episode of 2013 was when Naruto broke Obito’s mask. You are way off lmao.(Yes I did do some research .-.)

          • That’s the anime. He’s talking about the manga, which is about 200 episodes ahead of the anime

            Obito became the Ten tails Jinchuriki in the summer of 2013 in the MANGA
            Madara got is time to shine at the beginning of 2014 in the MANGA.

          So because it showed up in the manga, they had the obligation to include it? Also take into account how it ended. Obito absorbed the 10 tails. We would still be left with a Storm 3 ending.

      CC2’s a developer and has very little to no control over their release schedule. Namco-Bandai decides that.

      • No they don’t. CC2 comes to Bandai Namco with their project, and Bandai Namco says, cool, we’ll publish this and handle the press and all of that. Let’s get to work.

          I was under the impression that Bamco told them when to release, but that was me misinterpreting the role of a publisher. My bad.

            Well there are cases where a publisher would like a project done by certain time frame. It’s weird since Namco and CC2 are like buddies so I’m sure they’re more lenient if CC2 had a specific date in mind.

              I think that’s the case here because it seems as though the release of the mainline Storm games coincide with the latest happenings in the anime. I’m leaning more towards the idea that they strongly urge CC2 to release in a certain time frame to match up with the anime and increase profit margins.

              • With JoJo ASB I know that Bamco were the ones who were primarily pushing for the September release and also what to work on and when to work on it etc. The initial reveal was to coincide with the 25th Anniversary but the game came out a year later and had to cut a few minor things so it wouldn’t flow into 2014.

                  I feel like everything cut ended up as DLC, at the very least Old Joseph and Iggy, possibly Fugo as well. It didn’t seem planned that one of the most primary characters and plot points of part 3 was DLC.

                  • Well half of the DLC was planned and half was supposed to be in the game (Bamco pushing it out faster). Also Diego was supposed to be in ASB…. at least we have him in EoH!

                      I’m just anxious that Eyes of Heaven won’t be as good as All-Star Battle. The animation and graphics are top-notch, but the gameplay doesn’t look nearly as tight or engaging as ASB.

                    • It won`t be as good as ASB. Nothing will top the hype and love of JoJo that the game brought. EoH was made with non-gamers to enjoy JoJo compared to ASB. I enjoyed the demo and I know I`ll enjoy the main game but tbh I would enjoy an ASB 2 a lot more.

    • It’s likely they started developing this game after Storm 3. Remember that CyberConnect2 split into two teams when Storm Generations was announced, one team that developed Generations (focusing on gameplay) and the the other that developed Storm 3 (focusing on story mode).
      That’s likely why Revolution wasn’t released for PS4 and Xbox One. The Generations team started developing Revolution sometime between the release of Storm 3 and the Full Burst DLC, and had not planned to release them on the new consoles since the consoles had just been revealed that year, so they wanted to appeal to those who hadn’t upgraded yet. Likewise, sometime prior to Revolution’s release, the Storm 3 team must have begun development of Storm 4, and since they had the time to become familiar with the new consoles, they decided to release their new game for PS4 and Xbox One.
      So, with that in mind, they’ve most likely been working on development of this game for a while now, hence why they can release these games yearly. Before CC2 split into two teams, these games only released every two or three years.

  • I wonder if Bolt will be in this game? Out of all the chapter 700 kids, I think he’d the most likely to be playable, even if it’s just as a costume for Part 1 Naruto

    • Most likely will be announced when the movie is released tbh. If they show him now they’d show his special fighting technique (basically his ninjutsu that helps him fight, like how Naruto has Rasengan and Shadow Clones) and that would be a movie spoil.

    Naruto was in Nine Tails Chakra Mode, not Kurama-link mode

    • These games always take liberties in boss battles. Just look at the Naruto vs Kakashi battle from Storm 2. Naruto and Kakashi never clashed Rasengan and Raikiri, but the game made it happen.

    Slow and steady, I like that. I think the game will release around Naruto’s birthday in October.

    Naruto games always release Friday in EU and Tuesday in NA so I think it’ll be a round closer to his birthdate. So Oct 9th for EU and 13th for NA. Just my guess though.
