    Shonen Gamez +?! Lol okay.

Thanks for translating this video. I’m really looking forward to this game.

I have a question. Do you have a scan for One Piece Burning Blood?

    • TheGameTagerZ

If Kazu doesn’t have it then neither do we scan wise until vjump is out. We also answered the plus thing in a previous article.

Ganbarion finally found their groove this generation? Maybe! Either way, this game has good vibes which are only surpassed by Monster Hunter Stories for me. I hope I’m not seeing Red with unlimited Dragon Worlds of disappointment. Typo which joined the words “eachother” also.

Didn’t notice the typo thanks man. Well you know how I liked Red and the recent stuff Ganbarion has put out lately so I’m probably going to like this.

No problem, it doesn’t seem to be fixed yet though. Yeah, I’m aware that I’m part of a minority on both original One Piece games probably but partially as Gigant Battle 1+ 2, Adventure and Cruise weren’t worldwide releases… Probably mostly since Super Grand Battle X (haven’t imported yet) and Unlimited World Red aren’t objectively bad on their own or under the One Piece license.

        • The problem with Gambarion was their story modes. For Gigant Battle 2 and Super Grand Battle X it was just plain boring. Unlimited world Red was… ok. I found it too similar to the previous Cruise games and too dragged out. But these are good games overall.

Gigant Battle 2 seemed to have a good story mode to me, I just think that the leveling mechanics weren’t as good as Gigant Battle 1, but the actual gameplay and content was a good leap forward.

Haven’t finished Cruise since that demands a lot of time from me which I should spent on short action games, but World Red if you don’t mind me whining about the game again (I’ve done this a lot on GFAQs, here and Siliconera) was a lacking successor in general to the Unlimited Adventure/Cruise games.

Sticking to the story telling alone, the game was far too Luffy-centric forcing you to use him to navigate the hub town (prior games let you use any character at any point!), forcing you to use him for the final boss and limiting you to 3 characters when adventuring. I dug the idea of an original villain similar to Shiki, but borrowing from Luffy and the gang’s memories made it seem like an halfarsed attempt to avoid an island monster.
