Black Clover: Project Knights Seems to be Open World to Some Extent, More Characters Coming Soon

Translations are starting to trickle in, and first up is Black Clover: Project Knights!

The majority of the text is about how expansive the world is. You’ll be able to travel between the royal city, to dungeons, and open fields. This makes it sound like the game is open world, and although it seems that way we want to wait until the trailer before we completely lock it down as an open world game.

One of our biggest theories is that this game will play somewhat like the Tales of games, with multiple characters and a party system in an RPG that covers the vast areas from the manga!

We actually have a hint that some manga content will be covered! On the bottom right, we see the team of Luck, Gauche, Yuno and Magna! At first it was weird to see these characters together, however we remembered that these four characters faced enemies in a dungeon later on in the manga. It also seems like the dungeon where Asta fought Mars is seen in one of the screenshots, however that could just be a generic dungeon.
