SteelBallJack went to go see the the Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F movie and it came with a special sequence showing how to unlock SSGSS Vegeta as a support character for the Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden demo.
In order to unlock him go to the title screen of the demo and input these commands:
Up, X, Down, B, Left, L, Right, R
